Measuring Performance

We are accountable to our taxpayers and citizens for how we spend public resources, and what results we get for our efforts.

Goals and Objectives

Juvenile Community Justice maintains goals and objectives to guide our juvenile justice practices.
Goals
Defined as long-term, tangible and measurable steps to advance our mission. Our goals are identified as follows:
  • Reduce juvenile offending
  • Juveniles pay full restitution
  • Juveniles fulfill community service obligations
  • Juveniles complete alcohol and drug treatment or education
  • Juveniles attend school
  • Ensure victim rights
Objectives
Defined as short-term (annual) strategies to measure progress on areas identified for improvement. Progress reports are generated quarterly.

Annual Reports

For over a decade, Juvenile Community Justice has produced an annual report of performance measures (benchmarks) available for public review.
