How do I report a juvenile crime?
To report a crime or emergency, immediately call 9-1-1 to receive assistance and file a report. 9-1-1 will prioritize your information and provide a response according to local public safety directives.

How do I report a runaway child?
A runaway report requires a guardian's signature and must be turned into a community justice specialist at the Deschutes County Juvenile Resource Center (Detention) located at:

How can I speak with a victim advocate?
Please call (541) 388-6671 if you are the victim of a juvenile crime and would like to speak with the Deschutes County Victims' Advocate.
How do I schedule community service?
Please call the Deschutes County Juvenile Community Justice business office at (541) 388-6671 to schedule work service.
How do I report graffiti?
Please call the Deschutes County Juvenile Community Justice graffiti hotline at (541) 385-1720 to report graffiti or request removal.
Can my juvenile record be expunged? Does it occur automatically?
The Court has the sole authority to order records to be expunged. Deschutes County Juvenile Community Justice assists in expediting the process. Most juvenile records can be expunged when certain criteria have been met; however, expunction is not automatic and does require the person subject to the juvenile record to initiate the process.
How do I apply to expunge my juvenile record?
A person subject to a juvenile record in Deschutes County may apply for expunction directly to Juvenile Community Justice. The expunction application may be delivered to the same location.
