No Contact with listed people, must take psychotropic medication as directed, electronic monitoring, Sex Offender Notification, no intoxicating beverages, do not enter places where alcohol is the chief item of sale, no gambling, do not enter places where gambling is the primary source of revenue, no contact with minor males or females, do not frequent places where minors regularly congregate, no pornography, polygraph, successfully complete sex offender treatment program.

Post Prison Supervision through 9/18/13 for Attempted Sodomy I, Attempted Sex Abuse I, Coercion and Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.

No contact with minor males and females unless approved in writing by PO and treatment provider; avoid places where children are certain to be such as fairs, parks, playgrounds, schools, fast food restaurants, circuses, carnivals, skating rinks, video arcades or toy stores; do not form intimate relationships with person(s) with minor children; no alcohol; prohibition against viewing, listening to, owning or possessing any sexually stimulating visual or auditory materials (pornography); enter an approved sex offender treatment program; abide by curfew as established by the Probation Department; submit to sex offender polygraphs and plethysmographs as directed; keep a driving log; GPS or Electronic monitoring as directed; abide by geographic restrictions as established by Probation Department.

Target Victims

Opportunist; fixates on random victims and stalks them. Has attempted to forcibly rape his latest victim, has used intimidation and manipulation tactics. He meets his victims in the community through acquaintances and bus stop. He will try to start conversations with his victims. He lures them into a false sense of security before victimizing them. Grooms his minor victims by gaining trust and using manipulation. Dunmire used force in his current offense which included striking, hair pulling and an attempt to move the victim across the street. All of Dunmire's victims have been strangers to him. It should be noted that alcohol use is a risk factor for him. This is especially alarming as history of stranger victims which raises his level of risk. Dunmire is currently required to complete Sex Offender treatment.
